Another Forest Park Southeast project that made our favorite development announcements in 2016 is under construction: formerly named Chouteau's Grove, it is now called ChromaSTL.

This is massive building with over 17,000 square feet of retail and ~236 apartments and a ~383 car garage. There will also be a small surface parking lot on the property along Sarah as well as across the street where a former gas station used to be.

This former vacant lot and Commerce Bank building will soon have a major four-story building at the eastern entrance to this popular neighborhood. More bodies and retail will be much appreciated.
