Mount Pleasant is a beautiful mix of largely residential homes, but some intra-neighborhood businesses exist. Bordering the Mississippi River to the east, this neighborhood feels a lot like Dutchtown or even parts of Carondelet, but is marked by the tremendous potential of Meramec Street.
